150 km from Ouarzazate, in the Dadès region between the High Atlas mountain range and the gates of desert, lies the "Valley of Roses", where the precious damask rose is cultivated. Its harvest, carried out very early in the morning and over short periods of time, requires a skilled and increasingly scarce workforce.
In order to have access to an organic rose with perfect traceability, distilled under the right conditions to extract all its delicacy, Herbarom has entered into a partnership with a local player, at the heart of a network of producers who are passionate about their work and plants. 60 families work on nearly 80 hectares in ideal conditions to produce a plant material that is processed on site by units that are regularly audited.
