Job description

With 3 production sites in France, Phytéo Laboratoire is the market leader in food supplements. We have expertise in dry galenic forms (tablets, capsules, etc.) and liquid forms (syrups, powder sticks, etc.). We manufacture in France from natural ingredients.

We manufacture products for major names, under their own brand names. We are a CDMO (Contract Development and Manufacturing Organizations). We have a turnover of 45 million euros and a workforce of 200. All embody our values of passion and daring, high standards and progress, respect and sharing.

The Bessay site (03) specialises in the production of liquid forms of food supplements and medical devices (ISO 13485). It has all the necessary approvals, in particular GMP certification. You too can play your part in our company's growth, and join the Phytéo Bessay site to play a key role in guaranteeing optimum flows.

Main tasks

You will be a true orchestral conductor, responsible for organising and steering the site's logistics and production flows. Working directly with the teams and management, you will play a key role in managing and optimising flows to guarantee performance and customer satisfaction.

Managing logistics flows and storage :

  • Manage and organise incoming and outgoing logistics flows, from procurement to final delivery
  • Ensuring optimum management of storage space.
  • Ensure that inventories are rigorously maintained and that stock movements are traceable.
  • Guarantee product traceability and compliance with quality standards
  • Monitor shipments in close collaboration with carriers

Planning :

  • Organise production orders, taking into account the availability of machines, manpower and customer requirements
  • Plan logistics activities and ensure that deadlines are met, in coordination with the Supply Chain Department

Scheduling :

  • Regulate production flows to avoid line breaks
  • Organise the production cycle for one or more products and plan the time needed to complete the project
  • Optimising production yields

Manager :

  • Guaranteeing the team's safety and performance
  • Manage your business using indicators
  • Managing your budget
  • Working closely with production team leaders

Profile required

Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar role with relevant skills.
proven management skills
Training: 5 years' higher education in supply chain
Technical skills: Expertise in the company's products and services, the regulatory framework and CRM tools; fluency in professional English
Personal qualities: ability to manage priorities and find solutions
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to bring people together.
